What does 😬 mean?
😬 is the awkward face: you said something you shouldn’t, saw something cringeworthy, or are about to deliver bad news. It also means nervous anticipation (“results tomorrow 😬”).
Older Android versions drew it as a wide smile, which caused many misread messages; current designs agree on the grimace.
